The Real Estate Agent will manage the full sales and leasing cycle, including prospecting clients, conducting property viewings, and presenting suitable real estate options. Responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements, preparing and reviewing sales agreements, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. The role involves maintaining an up-to-date portfolio of listings, following up on leads, and building long-term relationships through professional customer service.
