How You Will Make An ImpactReporting to the IWC Regional Head of Operations, the Senior Operations Executive will play a vital role in our organization by driving operational excellence and ensuring a seamless sales planning and distribution process. You will be instrumental in optimizing stock management, providing critical support to our boutiques and partners, and delivering insightful business analytics. Your proactive approach, problem-solving skills and dedication to service will directly contribute to our market performance and the overall success of our Maison.Key ResponsibilitiesMerchandising & Stock operation management (40%):Be the key user for all Sales Operations related tasksMonitor daily sales and proactively manage stock replenishmentManage orders, returns, transfers and dispatch in SAP, in coordination with regional and HQ teamsManage consignment stockImplement and monitor model stocksHandle requests for all products (straps, warranty cards, repairs, including spare parts)Coordinate with Supply, Logistics, Finance and regional platformsProblem solver for all operational challengesDeal with all enquiries in an efficient and service-oriented manner (prices, availability, deliveries, complaints, etc.)Ensure and manage proper understanding and execution of Maison Consignment policies and procedures and assist with bi-annual audits.Network Support & Relationship Management (40%)Be the point of entry for requests of internal boutiques, area managers and wholesale partnersManage requests related to product availability, pricing, deliveries and complaintsProvide shipment and order updatesAssist on SAP/Booster Opening / Closings of POS and event locations (opening stock order planning, SAP set-up, master data maintenance)PO Creation and follow-up for Capex and invoicesEnsure warranty activation follow-up in BoosterSupport retail and wholesale during events and operational needsBusiness Analytics & Forecasting (10%)Be of support to understand the performance of the marketUpdated and create dashboards to monitor market performanceConduct product and boutique performance analysisSupport management during business reviews and weekly sales forecast Systems & Process Governance – SAP / Booster (10%)Ensure business processes are properly understood and executed in full complianceAct as key user for SAP and Booster systemsTest SAP/Booster releases and pilotsEnsure business processes are properly executed and understoodKey CompetenciesBachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in sales operations or similar roleFluency in EnglishProficient in IT with advanced skills in Microsoft 365Experience with SAP or similar ERP is a major plusAnalytical mindsetStrong time management skills / able to manage simultaneous deadlinesDetail-oriented, organized and solution-drivenHands-on mentality, pro-active and problem-solving minded & strong customer service mindsetA self-motivated, positive attitude, and a strong team player mentalityPassion for fine watchmaking
