Job Description:
• Manage and configure Shopify Plus stores across multiple brands and markets. Set up and maintain apps, themes, checkout configurations, and storefront features
• Troubleshoot Shopify-side issues — orders, inventory display, payments, customer accounts
• Manage day-to-day operation and configuration of Warehouse Management System(s) across regions. Support warehouse operational workflows — inbound, outbound, inventory accuracy, returns processing
• Troubleshoot WMS issues affecting order fulfilment and stock accuracy. Support data flow and coordination between Shopify, WMS, and ERP (Business Central) where relevant
