This role is responsible for coordinating daily limousine and chauffeur operations, including assigning trips, dispatching drivers, and monitoring schedules to ensure punctual, high-quality service. The specialist closely tracks vehicle locations and status, responds to booking requests, and adjusts plans in real time to manage last-minute changes, traffic conditions, and VIP needs. The role includes maintaining accurate trip records, updating internal systems, and communicating clearly with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues and support a smooth passenger experience.
