Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to operate and maintain key equipment in our polymer recycling
line, including granulators, crushers, and extrusion machines for LDPE film, HDPE, and PP. The operator must be hands-on, technically capable, and able to manage continuous production with a focus on safety,
quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate granulators, crushers, shredders, and extrusion machines for LD/HD/PP recycling.
• Monitor machine parameters (temperature, pressure, feed rate, melt quality) during extrusion.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and minor maintenance to ensure smooth operation.
• Feed materials, manage output quality, and ensure consistent production flow.
• Conduct routine cleaning of machines, screens, filters, and die heads.
• Identify operational issues and report abnormalities to maintenance/engineering teams.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
• Record daily production data, machine logs, and material consumption.

Salary:
AED
3,000 to 4,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
