Description
● Educating children about fundamental concepts, such as colors, letters, numbers, and shapes.● Following the monthly THEME and ensuring objectives are reached as per lesson plan● Encouraging social interactions between children and improving their self-esteem● Engaging in creative methods of learning, such as arts and crafts, supervised play, and storytelling in play-based environment● Planning activities to address early childhood development needs.● Instilling a sense of order and discipline in the classroom.● Monitoring free time on the playground.● Ensuring the class is a clean, safe, and organized environment with ALL creatives and class visuals updated● Preparing for lessons by gathering materials and setting up workstations.● Communicating with parents through ICARE app to (filling in daily reports) on wellbeing and development● Writing up reports for parents on each child's developmental progress.● Follow all the Sparks way of working and classroom best practices.● Manage team (co teacher and nanny) to ensure the wellbeing of the children in all developmental areas.● Maintain Child profiles with detailed and up to date children progress and observationsAssist in Wellbeing be that Hygiene, Feeding, Self care, Nurture while distressedDaily tasks included but not limited to: Follow the schedule, apply the lesson plan, upload photos, take progressive videos, apply our objectives through group centric play based education activities and ensuring the milestones are achieved.
