We’re Hiring | Heavy Equipment Maintenance & Operations ManagerWe are seeking a highly experienced Heavy Equipment Maintenance & Operations Manager to lead and manage all heavy, production, and equipment operations across our projects.This is a strategic leadership role responsible for ensuring equipment availability, operational efficiency, safety compliance, and cost optimization in alignment with project requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and distribute heavy and production equipment across all project sites.Ensure timely availability of equipment in line with project schedules.Inspect and monitor equipment operation to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance.Oversee site electricity services and electrical equipment readiness.Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime.Manage equipment assets, utilization rates, lifecycle planning, and cost control.Coordinate with equipment subcontractors and manage rental agreements.Liaise with equipment suppliers for procurement, replacement, and technical support.Prepare periodic reports on equipment status, utilization, breakdowns, and costs.Drive continuous improvement in equipment planning and asset management practices.
