What the job involves
Working across all stages of the transaction process, including the execution of investments into private equity funds globally.
Developing and analysing financial models for potential investments.
Supporting due diligence on prospective fund investment.
Assisting with portfolio management activities, including engaging with underlying GPs and portfolio companies, and preparing internal reports.
Who we are looking for
Experience in M&A at a top-tier investment bank and/or experience in a private equity buy-side investment role, gained in a major financial centre.
