Job Description:We are seeking an experienced SAP GRC Consultant with a solid background in SAP Security, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) for a contractor role. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and strong soft skills to effectively collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders. This role a remote opportunity with occasional travel to our client site in Dubai (expected 25% travel).Key Responsibilities:Work with IAG, IAS, and IPS to manage and support integration within the SAP environment (all components are interdependent and cannot be separated).Design and manage SAP Security S4 HANA roles and authorizations, ensuring compliance with security policies and user access management.Manage roles and authorizations for SaaS applications, ensuring a secure and compliant setup for cloud-based applications.Design and secure Fiori UI screens and manage the authorization model for Fiori-based applications.Support Fiori UIX screen development to align with security requirements and best practices.Perform SAP Basis tasks and manage tools such as CLAM, BTP, and Subscription to ensure a seamless SAP environment and compliance with security protocols.Required Skills & Qualifications:At least 10 years of experience in SAP Security, GRC, and related fields.In-depth knowledge of SAP security frameworks, including IAG, IAS, IPS, S4 HANA, SaaS, and Fiori.Strong expertise in role-based security and authorizations across SAP platforms and applications.Proven experience with Fiori UI/UX security and development.Familiarity with SAP Basis tasks and tools like CLAM, BTP, and Subscription management.Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance principles.Ability to travel 25% of the time, including 2-week stays within a 30-week project timeline.Excellent communication and soft skills to interact with stakeholders and contribute to a team-oriented environment.Desired Personal Attributes:Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.Excellent team player with the ability to adapt to various working styles.Strong attention to detail and commitment to security best practices.
