Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred; relevant experience will also be considered. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a liaison or coordination role within onshore oil drilling operations. Strong understanding of drilling processes, logistics, and safety procedures. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to work in challenging conditions and possible travel to different drilling sites.
