In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Maintain close collaboration with Outside Sales Engineers, Product Managers, Project Managers, and manufacturing sites to deliver high-quality technical solutions, reliable delivery commitments, and excellent customer service.

Review customer inquiries and develop complete technical and commercial proposals aligned with customer requirements and Emerson standards.

Participate in proposal kick-off calls or meetings with sales channels and/or customers to align on scope, technical solutions, and expectations.

Prepare accurate and complete documentation for order entry into business systems to support smooth order execution.

Receive, review, and process change order requests in line with established change management processes.

Proactively follow up on submitted quotations and support sales teams in closing opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of workflows and proposal activities to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.

Identify and suggest process improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience.

Consistently practice and promote a strong “Customer Thinking” mindset in all aspects of the role.

Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken, to collaborate in an international environment.

A technical or engineering background that enables you to understand and apply product and application knowledge (such as mechanical, industrial, chemical, or similar fields).

Experience in sales support, proposals, or customer service within a technical or industrial environment.
