This role acts as a link between information technology and business customers by managing and ensuring the successful completion of business analysis tasks. This position requires well rounded experience and ability in multiple disciplines within IT including, but not limited to business communication, business analysis and knowledge transfer with IT personnel and customers. .Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze client business processes and existing technology infrastructure to identify opportunities for improvement.Designs, creates, develops, customizes and maintains training materials and resources to deliver agreed outcomes, and meet accreditation through design, configuration and testing of training environments, including creation of simulated data, and replication of external systems, interfaces and assessment systems.Maintains, publicizes and promotes catalogue of IT learning and development activities.
