As our META P&C Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside leaders and teams across one of our most diverse regions and help shape how our people, culture and organization evolve for the future.This is a senior role which works closely with Senior Manager P&C Europe, META, GAM & GME to develop and implement a strategy and people plan for META and sits on P&C Europe, META, GAM & GME leadership team.The P&C Manager, META will collaborate across the People & Culture function to deliver key initiatives underpinning successful execution of the business strategy. The role requires flexibility to work across single or multiple concurrent projects/initiatives that may vary in terms of complexity, business impact, geographical spread (Middle East, Egypt, Turkey and Africa) market development and duration.Role PurposeSupport Senior Manager P&C, Europe, META, GAM & GME in delivering agreed entity/sub-entity P&C priorities, translate priorities into tangible actions/project deliverables to enable successful delivery of people plan.Collaborate across the People & Culture function to deliver key initiatives underpinning successful execution of the business strategy.Work flexibly across single or multiple concurrent projects/initiatives that may vary in terms of complexity, business impact, geographical spread, and duration.This role will lead collation and preparation of our people table materials for META and collate broader META P&C submissions for key deliverables as required.This role will also serve as broader workstream lead for a COE (talent, reward etc) deliverable to be agreed to span META, Europe, GAM & GME working with P&C Partnering and COE colleaguesLead and contribute to efforts to build and maintain a culture of fairness and equity for META. Bring a strong value based lens and role modelling to conversations at all levelsRole Reporting Relationships2-3 direct reports.Role AccountabilitiesAlign with partnering and CoE colleagues to develop, plan, and execute delivery of prioritized strategic people and culture initiatives including talent management and development, DE&I, employee engagement, M&A, reorganizations, etc.Serve as workstream lead for a COE accountability working with partnering and COE colleagues to develop a solution for all 3 PUs (META, Europe, GAM & GME). Ability to lead pan PU workstream and manage performance and delivery of workstream deliverables to agreed timelines.Work as part of EMG&G leadership team to translate priorities into tangible actions/project deliverables and provide status updates. Ensure that all stakeholders and business is briefed on progress and pain points for META and that issues are surfaced in a timely manner and mitigation plans developed where needed.Work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary squad, often collaborating across geographies and time zones to ensure effective delivery.Maintain business knowledge to ensure deliverables are contextualized to the needs of different parts of the client organization as needed.Leverage and interpret data and insights relevant to the delivery of prioritized initiatives.Partner with business leaders as needed to ensure successful project delivery.Where based in a country with 24/7 bp operating businesses, willingness and ability to support Crisis & Continuity Management (C&CM) and/or IMT activities as neededAbility to coach, mentor and develop P&C colleagues through partnering and COE workstream deliverables Strong ability to ensure value based decisions are made and fair and transparent processes are followed.
