Through proactive maintenance, effective planning, and strong vendor partnerships, the team plays a vital role in the smooth operation of the property.As an Engineering Supervisor, you will report to the Director of Engineering and work closely with engineering associates, vendors, and cross-functional departments to support daily operations and departmental performance.YOUR ROLEAs an Engineering Supervisor, you will support the management of engineering operations through effective administration, inventory control, vendor coordination, and maintenance planning.You will play a key role in ensuring the department operates efficiently by maintaining accurate records, supporting procurement activities, coordinating preventive maintenance programs, and assisting with budgeting and reporting processes.
