Role summary
Lead architectural design of offshore accommodation facilities, ensuring compliance with relevant offshore standards, HSE, and human factors.
Key responsibilities
Design and develop accommodation modules, living quarters, and support buildings
Plan layouts for:
Sleeping quarters, control rooms, common areas
Muster areas, smoking lounges, and escape routes
Ensure compliance with fire safety, escape, and evacuation requirements
Incorporate Human Factors Engineering (HFE) into accommodation design
Address brownfield constraints including limited space, existing structures, and elevation levels
Coordinate with structural and MEP disciplines for integration
Participate in 3D model reviews and ensure constructability offshore
Technical requirements
Experience in offshore accommodation or building projects
