Position overview
A leading healthcare organization in the UAE is seeking an experienced consultant cardiologist with a recognized Western qualification to join its specialist cardiology team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive cardiovascular care and manage a broad range of cardiac conditions.
Key responsibilities
Provide specialist/consultant-level cardiology services.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions.
Perform and interpret ECG, echocardiography, stress testing, and other cardiac investigations as appropriate.
Manage patients with coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, valvular heart disease, and other cardiovascular conditions.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide appropriate inpatient, outpatient, and emergency cardiac care.
Collaborate with cardiac surgeons, electrophysiologists, radiologists, and other multidisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with UAE healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
Participate in clinical governance, teaching, research, and quality-improvement activities.
