Requirements
Requires 10-12 years of experience in the execution of EHV Overhead Transmission Line projects, preferably in the Middle East. Must be able to coordinate with design offices, clients, consultants, suppliers, and vendors for timely approval of designs and material submittals, and timely submission of progress reports. Responsibilities include preparing and enforcing construction programs, managing procurement, manpower planning, subcontractor management, and handling technical, contractual, and commercial issues for project completion.
Description
Project Engineer -Civil having 10 years experience in execution of EHV Over Head Transmission Line projects preferably in Middle East. He should be able to coordinate with Design office, client consultants and suppliers and vendors to ensure all designs and material submittals are approved as per schedule and progress reports are submitted timely. Prepare & enforce the Construction Program for follow-up and corrective measures to be implemented where necessary during the project work including procurement, proper storage, manpower planning and Sub contractor Management. Manage technical, contractual & commercial issues related to efficient project completion including technical submittals, invoicing, collection of payments, variations, etc. Ensure that all information related to technical drawings, electrical equipment lists, construction equipment lists, technical specifications are updated and readily available Implement the set Quality Assurance & EHS Plan throughout the site Promote a favorable work culture to encourage ethical and professional practice by all employees at the project site Address significant issues before they have adverse impact on the company and client
