This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join their growing and highly successful team. The role will focus on direct private equity investments in the US, across a wide range of sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience in M&A with a leading investment bank, or be an investor at a top tier private equity firm.
What the job involves
Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process from origination to execution and portfolio management
Developing and analysing financial models
Leading certain workstreams such as various diligence processes as well as being the point of contact for industry experts, management teams and investment partners
Working alongside other top-tier asset managers / private equity funds on co-investment opportunities
Who we are looking for
Experience of working in the M&A or sector team of a top-tier investment bank. Alternatively, experience working in a private equity role with prior investment banking exposure
US market experience is desirable but not essential
Outstanding academics from a top-tier university
Strong business acumen and high professional integrity
Native-level or business fluent English skills
