Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering, with at least 10 years leading the electrical discipline on large minerals and metals projects, including experience on at least 5 multi-million dollar projects in the Mining industry. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized North American university and Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) registration in British Columbia (or ability to register within 3 months) are required. Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship is mandatory. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with familiarity with electrical safety and code compliance, are essential.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Discipline for Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls (EIC), this role has overall responsibility for providing Electrical Engineering support on our major projects
