Requires 6+ years of professional software engineering experience building production backend systems, with strong experience in scalable backend services using languages like PHP, Go, Java, or C#. Must have a strong understanding of distributed systems fundamentals, experience designing and operating high-scale, highly available backend systems, and proven ability to write clean, maintainable, efficient, and high-performance production code. Familiarity with SQL databases, caching technologies, queues, background workers, automated tests, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines is essential. Experience with AI-assisted development tools is also required.
