A reputed institution in Qatar is looking for an experienced Contract & Supplier Management Officer.The role will support the effective management of the organisation's contracts and vendor relationships, covering contract drafting, negotiation, renewals, compliance, performance monitoring and risk management. The position will also coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers and external service providers to ensure contracts are managed efficiently and in line with governance requirements.Key Focus Areas:• Support contract drafting, review, negotiation, execution and renewal• Coordinate pre-bid activities, tender documentation and contract awards• Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations• Identify and escalate contractual, commercial and vendor-related risks• Support contract amendments, dispute resolution and non-performance matters• Maintain accurate contract, vendor and tender records and reporting• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Audit, Compliance and other stakeholders• Support management of leased properties, renewals and related vendor/tenant matters• Guide and support the Vendor Management team in day-to-day activitiesCandidate Profile:• Bachelor's degree in Business , Finance or a related discipline• 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services• Strong experience in contract administration and/or vendor management• Good understanding of contract law, negotiations and procurement risk management• Experience in vendor evaluation and third-party management• Strong analytical, communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant vendor/contract management systems
