Requirements
Requires a Diploma/ITI qualification with experience in a Steel Making Plant or CCM operations. Preferred knowledge includes furnace and melting parameters, DRI melting applications, and process troubleshooting. Basic computer knowledge, data analysis skills, good communication and coordination, strong safety awareness, and operational discipline are also important.

Must Have Steel Industry ExperienceJob Title: CCM Pulpit Operator - Steel Making PlantJob Summary:Responsible for operating and monitoring CCM (Continuous Casting Machine) pulpit activities to ensure smooth and safe steel production operations while maintaining process parameters, product quality, and plant productivity.Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor CCM systems as per production requirementsEnsure process parameters are maintained as per process sheets and supervisor instructionsMonitor HMI/CCM alarms and process trends and report abnormalities to the supervisorCoordinate with EAF, LF, CC control room, cranes, and other sections for smooth plant operationsEnsure availability of consumables, tools, bins, and hopper materials required for operationsFollow temperature and sampling frequency procedures to maintain product consistencyMaintain housekeeping and ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policiesRespond effectively during emergency situations as per operational proceduresSupport training of new employees and assist in improving plant productivityRequirements:Diploma / ITI qualificationExperience in Steel Making Plant / CCM operations preferredGood technical knowledge of furnace and melting parametersKnowledge of DRI melting applications and process troubleshooting preferredBasic computer knowledge and data analysis skillsGood communication and coordination skillsStrong safety awareness and operational discipline
