Requirements
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.Lead, coach, and monitor warehouse staff to ensure productivity and high performance.Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts.Ensure inventory accuracy by investigating and resolving discrepancies.Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate processing.Enforce warehouse safety procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization to improve operational efficiency.Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports and KPIs.Monitor warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance when required.Ensure proper documentation for all warehouse transactions.Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.Support audits by maintaining organized documentation and inventory records. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse procedures, and logistics operations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards is preferred.
