The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching and learning in accordance with the British Curriculum, preparing students for IGCSE and A Level examinations while fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and digital literacy skills. Key responsibilities Teaching and learning Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging computer science lessons in line with the British Curriculum requirements. Teach computer science to students at Key Stage 3, IGCSE, and A Level. Develop students' understanding of programming, computational thinking, algorithms, data structures, networks, databases, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of students. Incorporate technology and innovative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and achievement. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and intervention where necessary. Assessment and reporting Prepare students effectively for internal assessments, IGCSE, and A Level examinations. Design, administer, and mark assessments in accordance with curriculum standards. Maintain accurate records of student attainment, progress, and attendance. Prepare academic reports and participate in parent-teacher conferences.
