Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required. Must have 1+ years of experience in configuring IT equipment (Laptops, Desktops, Tablets, Mobile devices, etc.). Strong understanding of technical aspects, practical experience in purchasing and logistics, and solid technical IT skills (especially PC configuration) are essential. Requires a service orientation, careful approach to work, sound judgment, and the ability to work well in a team while being independent and self-motivated.

Moreover, you will interact with colleagues to coordinate equipment delivery or support their needs/questions.The Tech Hub provides IT equipment support, logistics, and hardware life-cycle management across multiple service lines (new hire, migration, loaner, break-fix, quick ship) for McKinsey colleagues in the specified location or region. You will be responsible for the setup, configuration, restoration, and shipment of IT equipment. In addition, you are responsible for all processes related to warehousing and materials management, including monitoring and optimizing inventory levels and refilling inventories. Your responsibilities include purchasing activities such as obtaining offers and submitting orders, reviewing order confirmations, and tracking adherence to delivery deadlines.Furthermore, you will maintain inventory management systems and optimize existing sourcing and service processes. Updating asset warehouse and ticket management systems is as much your responsibility as packaging, labeling, and shipping IT equipment.Your Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent1+ years of experience in configuring IT equipment incl.
