The Wait Staff member will contribute to a positive team environment and support overall restaurant operations as needed, including preparation for service and closing duties.QualificationsStrong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously with guests and team members.Basic food and beverage knowledge, including menu familiarity, ingredient awareness, and an understanding of hygiene and safety practices.Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tables, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently during peak hours.Cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) system skills for processing orders, payments, and issuing receipts accurately.Ability to stand and move for extended periods, carry trays safely, and maintain a professional appearance throughout the shift.Previous experience in restaurant or café service is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training may be provided.Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to follow company standards and contribute to a respectful, inclusive workplace.English language proficiency required; additional language skills are an advantage.
