Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in same or similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants. Excellent level of English, written and spoken. Desirable knowledge of cocktails and Food and Beverage applications. Strong organizational and time management skills with high flexibility. Excellent team management, communication, and listening skills. Demonstrate integrity and maintain high confidentiality. Ability to work long shifts and stand for extended periods.
