Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally and efficiently.
Communicate with patients in Arabic and English.
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
Perform and/or assist with insurance eligibility checks and verify insurance coverage.
Demonstrate good knowledge of health insurance procedures and requirements.
Handle patient enquiries related to medical and aesthetic treatments.
Promote services through effective telephone communication.

Maintain accurate patient and call records.

per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
