Requirements
Requires at least 5 years of combined related work experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting or support, and 3+ years in relevant functional/technical roles including Oracle Health Microbiology product experience. Backend build experience in Microbiology or related laboratory areas is needed, along with experience in specific areas like discern analytics, operations, Bedrock, PathNet, rules, CCL, laboratory interfaces, reference laboratory, organism hierarchy, or state organism reporting. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance are mandatory.

We are looking for an experienced Consultant to help design, configure, activate, and support the implementation of Oracle Health EHR (Millennium) solutions across Federal agencies including the Department of Defense, United States Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs and Indian Health Service.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Consultant, you will consult with clients on service line workflow, and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts. You will provide solution oversight, direction and expertise to stakeholders. You will drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients. You will mitigate solution risks and issues. You will execute workflow and process improvement strategies. You will lead client meetings and events. You will drive internal team initiatives.
