Requirements
Requires 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow HAM Pro/IT Asset Management (ITAM) or similar platforms. Must have experience designing and implementing HAM solutions from scratch, including CMDB, Discovery, asset reconciliation, data normalization, and hardware asset lifecycle management. Proficiency in automation, scripting, workflows, and integrations using JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs is essential. Experience with procurement, finance, ERP, and discovery tools, as well as asset compliance, audits, governance, and reporting, is required. Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
