Description
We have two opportunities available within our Procurement function:1. Procurement Specialist – Raw Materials- Source and procure pharmaceutical raw materials in line with planning and business requirements.- Communicate with suppliers and manage supplier relationships.- Request and evaluate quotations and support supplier selection.- Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and material availability.- Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure timely availability of materials.- Monitor procurement activities to ensure quality, cost, and delivery requirements are met.2. Procurement Specialist – Packaging & Marketing Materials- Source and procure packaging and marketing materials according to business requirements.- Communicate with suppliers and manage supplier relationships.- Request, compare, and negotiate quotations.- Follow up on purchase orders and deliveries to ensure timely availability.- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure materials are available as planned.- Ensure procurement activities meet required quality, cost, and timeline expectations.
