A prestigious healthcare provider in Dubai is seeking a compassionate and experienced Community Nurse to join its dedicated team delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in home and community settings. This role is ideal for Western-trained nurses who are passionate about holistic care, chronic disease management, and supporting patients outside of the traditional hospital environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes, including post-operative care, wound care, medication administration, and chronic disease support.Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the broader healthcare team.Educate patients and families on treatment protocols, self-care, and health maintenance.Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to physicians or care coordinators promptly.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with local health regulations and organizational policies.Promote health and wellness through community outreach, education, and preventative care.Support palliative and end-of-life care as needed, providing comfort and dignity to patients and families.Ensure infection control, patient safety, and best practices in all care delivery.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Nursing from a Western-accredited institution (e.g., UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, etc.).Minimum 2 years of recent experience in community health, home care, or a hospital setting.Eligible for or currently holding a DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license or eligibility letter.BLS certification required ACLS/PALS preferred.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently in non-traditional care settings.Valid driver's license (UAE or convertible license) preferred due to the mobile nature of the role.Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a patient-first approach are essential.Willing to work in Dubai
