Job description / Role Job Type Full Time Job Location Dubai, UAE Nationality Any Nationality Salary Not Specified Gender Not Specified Arabic Fluency Not Specified Job Function Engineering - Civil & Construction Company Industry Construction • Manage and oversee all civil construction activities at the project site. • Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and technical documents. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers. • Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within established timelines. • Prepare and update project schedules, work programs, and progress reports. • Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and quality standards. • Supervise site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives. • Monitor material requirements, procurement schedules, and site resources. • Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship standards are maintained. • Identify technical issues and implement effective engineering solutions. • Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals. • Manage project costs and assist in budget control and cost optimization. • Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements. • Participate in project meetings and provide regular status updates to management and clients. • Verify quantities, prepare progress claims, and support project documentation and reporting. • Assist in project handover, snagging, and close-out activities.
