Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Applied Science, Biology, or Medical Science with a Human Embryology emphasis. Minimum 5 years of experience in an assisted reproduction center. Must possess a valid license from the relevant health authority. Attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced, emotionally sensitive clinical setting.

EmbryologistDubai, UAEWe're hiring an Embryologist to join a Dubai-based Fertility Center's Embryology & Andrology lab. You'll work alongside the Senior Embryologist and Consultant to support fertility investigation and treatment, helping deliver the daily lab work that keeps each patient's IVF journey on track.What you'll doSupport lab-based fertility investigation and treatment, keeping patient information confidential and handled per approved protocolsMaintain Health and Safety and IVF Lab Policy documentation, and keep it currentImplement SOPs in line with the relevant Fertilization LawAssist the Consultant with center statistics, audits, research, and KPIsManage sample labelling, witnessing procedures, and liquid nitrogen levels for safe storageRespond to lab equipment alarms and maintain quality and documentation control on scheduleContribute to updates in IVF Lab policies and report clinical discrepanciesPerform embryo transfers, fertilization, egg retrieval, ICSI, assisted hatching, and sperm preparation under consultant supervisionCommunicate treatment progress and results to patients and families, including sensitive updates and follow-up schedulingSupport the Consultant in patient discussions on treatment options and embryology resultsCarry out routine embryology and andrology lab tasks: culture media prep, seminal fluid analysis, semen cryopreservation, sperm retrieval (MESA, PESA, TESE), oocyte and embryo culture, blastocyst grading, and freezing/thawingMaintain quality control, assurance, and improvement standards across lab workKeep records current, including IVF paperwork, billing, and lab equipment logsAttend scientific workshops and pursue CME for license renewalWhat you'll bringBachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Applied Science, Biology, or Medical Science with a Human Embryology emphasis, from a recognized universityValid license from the relevant health authorityMinimum 5 years of experience in an assisted reproduction centerAttention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced, emotionally sensitive clinical settingIf you want hands-on lab work that makes a direct difference in patients fertility journeys, we'd like to hear from you
