Requires a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, with 1-3 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or Quality Assurance. Must have experience in supplier quality management, supplier development, conducting supplier audits, and managing supplier corrective actions. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and analyzing supplier performance through KPIs is necessary. Good command of English is required.
