Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Training, or a related field. Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in training management & learning operations. Strong experience in planning, executing, and measuring the impact of training programs. Experience leading multi-level training teams across multiple locations or regions. Strong knowledge of learning methodologies and evaluation models such as Kirkpatrick, ADDIE, and OJT. Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken. Good knowledge of Learning Management Systems — LMS — and data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI. Strong leadership, planning, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Description
We are seeking an experienced Training Operations Manager to lead the planning, execution, and operational delivery of training programs, including programs for internal employees and external contracted clients.
