Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in offshore brownfield projects and experience in the Pre-FEED and FEED phases. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Project Management, Budgeting, and Construction Management is required. Excellent leadership, team management, interpersonal, coaching, mentoring, and supervisory skills are essential for leading diverse teams and making difficult decisions in changing business conditions. Experience with AI-enabled delivery is also expected.

Controls project staffing levels, organizational structure, and monitors project discipline structures.Ensures project work and team activities meet all health, safety, environmental, and security requirements.To plan, co-ordinate and manage the design, procurement, construction and commissioning of assigned projects, including taking a leadership role in the preparation of proposals.To ensure clear agreement of client objectives and that these are met or exceededTo achieve or better the budgeted gross margin.Effective management of Worley/Client contract, including delivery of the budget gross margin.Manage and monitor project performance on an ongoing basis to identify issues and opportunities early and take pre-emptive action.Effectively manages project interfaces, including use of High Value Engineering centres.Develop resource & financial requirements from the project plan.Manage the design, procurement and construction activities to meet the project schedule.Project Manager ownership of the project schedule.Routine monitoring of the key reports and development of corrective action plans.Monitoring and control of all cost aspects of the project to forecast costs, obtain approvals, identify trends and take action to avoid cost overruns and take advantage of opportunities.Provide clear and focused leadership for the project team to create a vision for project success and a strategy to fit that vision.Assess procurement process throughout the project to ensure goods meet specification, are delivered on time and are within budget.Monitor the Construction Management function to ensure safe delivery of the project within cost and schedule objectives.Quality AssuranceResponsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance systems.Work with project managers/project engineers to ensure all projects are set up and executed in full compliance with all the requirements of the Worley Project Management Process (WPMP) and General Management System (EMS) using consistent approaches, Work Breakdown Structures, work methodologies and reporting systems.Monitors the closure of all identified risks and opportunities.SafetyResponsible for personal safety safe working practices. Understand and follow OH&S proceduresPromoting health, safety and environmental awareness.Industry Specific ExperiencePrior experience must include significant project experience and successful project management.Vast relevant experience in a supervisory and/or project management role including technical expertise.Strong experience in Offshore experience on Brownfield projects.Mandatory experience in Pre-FEED and FEED phaseHSE CapabilityMaintain HSE focus with the team to ensure OHSE requirements.Demonstrate behavior and business practices commensurate with a culture of world's best health, safety and environmental performance.Demonstrate a visible and active commitment to:personal well-being;healthy and safe workplaces and activities; andcontinuously improve Worley health, safety and environmental performance.Identify and report work hazards and incidents.
