University degree in mechanical engineering, food technology, process engineering, operation management, or similar. Mandatory minimum 10+ years experience in food production; preferability with poultry production; at least 5 years in a managerial role. Proficiency in quality control, managing budget, and production costing. Advantage with GFSI or related lead auditor experience. Starting up of new facilities and factory experience.
