Job description
We are looking for an Emirati talent to join our insurance team. If you are tech-savvy and want to learn everything about insurance within a fast-paced growing airline, this is for you!
Providing administrative and operational support to the insurance department, ensuring efficient management of insurance policies, claims processing, and compliance with internal and external requirements. You will be exposed to a wide range of insurance policies (except medical) at a global stage!
Administrative support
Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as required.
Organize and schedule meetings with insurers, brokers, and internal teams.
Respond to queries from internal departments regarding insurance coverage and claims.
Compliance & documentation
Ensure insurance policies comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Maintain organized records, including policies, claims, and renewal schedules, in line with company procedures.
Policy insurance management
Assist in reviewing, organizing, and maintaining insurance policies and documentation.
Support the preparation of renewal data by collecting and verifying information from internal stakeholders.
Help ensure timely submission of policy renewals and endorsements.
Continuously follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely payment of the insurance policies premium.
Maintain accurate records of policies and premium.
Claims coordination
Facilitate the processing of insurance claims by gathering necessary documents and liaising with insurance providers.
Continuously follow up with insurance brokers and insurance companies for payment receivables and with third parties for settlement of subrogation claims.
Maintain accurate records of claims and provide regular updates.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (preferred).
3 years of experience in insurance, risk management, or administrative roles preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Hold good command over English language with ability to write, read, analyze, and interpret legal documents.
