Requirements
The Vice President – Human Resources will lead the overall HR strategy and function, acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team. The role will drive organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, talent development, succession, workforce planning, employee engagement and HR governance in support of business growth. Requires 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including substantial senior HR leadership experience, with strong UAE/GCC experience, preferably within asset-intensive businesses. Sound knowledge of UAE labour regulations and HR governance is essential.

Vice President Human ResourcesRole Purpose:The Vice President – Human Resources will lead the overall HR strategy and function, acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team. The role will drive organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, talent development, succession, workforce planning, employee engagement and HR governance in support of business growth.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with business and growth objectives.Partner with senior leadership on organization design, workforce planning and people-related decisions.Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development and critical-role talent pipelines.Oversee performance management, compensation, benefits, incentives and annual review cycles.Drive employee engagement, culture, retention and employee experience initiatives.Lead HR policies, employee relations, disciplinary matters and compliance with UAE labour regulations.Drive HR digitization, HRMS optimization, automation and workforce analytics.Support Emiratisation and national talent development priorities.Ensure effective HR operations across the complete employee lifecycle.Provide leadership with HR dashboards, workforce insights and people-related recommendations.Candidate Profile:15+ years of progressive HR experience, including substantial senior HR leadership experience.Strong UAE / GCC experience, preferably within real estate development, property management, construction, hospitality, retail or other asset-intensive businesses.Proven experience partnering with CEOs and senior leadership teams.Strong exposure to organisation development, succession planning, performance management, rewards, employee engagement and HR transformation.Sound knowledge of UAE labour regulations and HR governance.Key Competencies:Strategic HR Leadership | Business Acumen | Organisation Development | Talent & Succession Management | Performance & Rewards | Employee Engagement | Change Management | HR Governance | Digital HR | Executive Stakeholder Management
