The role covers IBOR maintenance, performance production, compliance monitoring, new product onboarding, and public markets market infrastructure, together with the data management that underpins these processes. The role ensures accurate positions, exposures, and analytics to support investment decision-making, reporting, and investment/regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities: IBOR and Position ManagementMaintain the Investment Book of Record (IBOR) in Aladdin for public markets across fixed income, equities, and derivatives.Ensure accurate and timely capture of trades, positions, cash, and corporate actions throughout the trade lifecycle.Reconcile positions and cash between the IBOR, custodians, and counterparties, and resolve breaks within agreed timelines.Oversee end-of-day and intraday position integrity to support front office decision-making.Performance Measurement and AnalyticsProduce and validate daily and periodic portfolio performance across public markets asset classes.Investigate and resolve performance exceptions in coordination with front office and reporting teams.Ensure consistency between performance analytics, the IBOR, and the accounting book of record.Understand attribution and contribution analysis at portfolio, sector, and security level.Investment ComplianceMonitor pre-trade and post-trade compliance against investment guidelines, mandates, and regulatory filings.Investigate, document, and escalate breaches, and track remediation to resolution.Maintain and enhance the compliance rule library as mandates and regulations change.New Product OnboardingSupport operational onboarding of new instruments and products across fixed income, equities, and derivatives.Define trade capture, valuation, settlement, and reporting requirements for new products across systems.Coordinate readiness across front office, IT, custodians, and counterparties ahead of first trade.Document target operating models and controls for newly onboarded products.Market InfrastructureUnderstand connectivity to trading venues, execution platforms, clearing houses, and confirmation and settlement platforms.Oversee central clearing and bilateral workflows for listed and OTC derivatives.Maintain counterparty, broker, and account setup, including SSIs, across Aladdin and eFront.Support onboarding of new market infrastructure and connectivity as the platform expands.Data ManagementMaintain security master and reference data for public markets instruments across systems.Manage market data feeds from providers such as Bloomberg and Reuters, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.Define and operate data quality controls to ensure the integrity of pricing, reference, and analytics data.Act as data steward for public markets reference data domains, ensuring governance and usability across the organisation.Stakeholder Management and Continuous ImprovementWork with investment teams, IT, Accounting team and external providers to resolve operational and data issues.Support automation and optimisation initiatives across the Investment Operations function.Improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention through process and data-driven solutions.Contribute to the design and enhancement of controls, standards, and target operating models.What will you bring:Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Data Management, or a related field.Minimum Experience:Minimum 8 years of experience in investment operations, middle office, or data management within an asset management firm or sovereign wealth fund.Direct experience across public markets operations covering fixed income, equities, and derivatives.Knowledge and Skills:Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, IBOR, performance, and investment compliance across public markets.Working knowledge of derivatives regulation, including EMIR, MifiD II and UMR etc.,Experience with market data providers (Bloomberg, Reuters) and security master / reference data.Familiarity with market infrastructure, including trading venues, clearing houses, and confirmation and settlement platforms.Familiarity with data governance frameworks and data quality controls.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and resolve complex operational issues.Practical use of AI and automation tools to improve data quality, reporting, and operational efficiency.Experience with BlackRock Solutions -Aladdin and eFront is an advantage.What we offer:A superior platform to grow your career including:A role that has social and financial impact.Great working environment with talented and like-minded colleagues.Market leading pay and benefits including performance pay.Hybrid working and wellness benefits to help you live your best work and private life.Opportunity to grow and develop through learning and experience.Excellent work culture enabled by our values of Accountability, Inspiration, Integrity & Partnership.Key Indicators:Location: Abu DhabiFlexible Working: Remote working up to 5 days a month
