Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant teaching and/or leadership experience. Previous leadership or coordination experience in a school setting is required. Strong understanding of curriculum, assessment, and student development, along with excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Commitment to student welfare, safeguarding, and inclusivity is essential. All appointments are conditional upon satisfactory police background checks and references.

Position OverviewThe Deputy Head of Preparatory Stage will support the Head of Stage in the academic leadership, staff supervision, student welfare, and day-to-day management of the Preparatory Stage.
