Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance activities across multiple properties.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise on-site staff, contractors, and service providers, ensuring work is completed to the required standards.
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues and provide on-site problem-solving support.
• Implement and monitor preventative maintenance programs to ensure property upkeep.
• Coordinate with property managers, tenants, and stakeholders to address concerns and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in budget planning and cost control for property maintenance and operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance checks.
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and facilities.
• Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives and efficiency improvements in property operations.
