Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field. 7-10 years of relevant experience in corporate governance, Board Secretariat, or similar role. Experience in a regulated, complex, or multi-entity organization is advantageous. Strong knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Good understanding of commercial and corporate law. Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills. Professional certification in Corporate Governance or Board Secretarial practices is preferred.

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Board Secretary(UAEN) to provide high-level governance, administrative, and advisory support to the Board of Directors and its Committees.This is a key role supporting effective decision-making, strong governance standards, regulatory compliance, and efficient Board operations across the organization and its subsidiaries.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.7–10 years of relevant experience in corporate governance, Board Secretariat, or a similar role.Experience within a regulated, complex, or multi-entity organization is an advantage.Strong knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory compliance.Good understanding of commercial and corporate law.Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.Professional certification in Corporate Governance or Board Secretarial practices is preferred.Key Responsibilities:Support corporate governance frameworks, policies, Board charters, and regulatory compliance.Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, agendas, packs, minutes, decisions, and action tracking.Maintain Board records, member registers, corporate documents, policies, and governance documentation.Provide end-to-end secretariat support to Board Committees and sub-committees.Advise and support Board members on governance, legal, and regulatory matters.Monitor regulatory developments and support Board onboarding, succession, and development.Manage corporate legal documentation and coordinate notarization/legalization processes.Drive continuous improvement and standardization of governance processes.Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.In support of Emiratization initiatives and the organization's commitment to developing local talent, qualified Emirati professionals are encouraged to apply.
