Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field.Teaching certification or relevant professional qualification is preferred.Previous experience teaching PE in a school setting is advantageous.Strong knowledge of physical fitness, sportsmanship, and child development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for promoting health, fitness, and active lifestyles among students.Ability to motivate and engage students effectively.Safeguarding Statement: the school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students. Scholars International Language School is seeking a passionate and experienced PE Teacher/Head to join our team and contribute to the physical education and overall well-being of our students. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, effective physical education lessons that promote fitness, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles.Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver comprehensive physical education lessons tailored to students’ age and skill levels.Encourage student participation in physical activities and sports to foster a positive attitude toward fitness and health.Create a safe and inclusive learning environment promoting respect, teamwork, and personal achievement.Assess and monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.Organize and manage school sports events and extracurricular physical activities.Collaborate with colleagues to integrate physical education with other curriculum areas.Promote the importance of health and fitness both in and outside the classroom.
