Job PurposeTo provide specialized financial analysis, advisory, and technical support to a Dubai Government entity, contributing to improved revenue generation, collection efficiency, financial performance, and compliance with applicable government policies, regulations, and procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct financial analysis and studies related to revenues, fees, financial claims, and collection performance.Analyze revenue streams and identify opportunities to improve revenue generation and collection efficiency.Monitor compliance with financial policies, procedures, laws, and government regulations.Prepare financial reports, statistical analyses, and recommendations to support management decision-making.Coordinate with government entities and internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding financial claims and facilitate revenue recovery.Provide technical financial guidance and advisory support to departmental units.Support the development and improvement of financial systems, processes, controls, and revenue collection procedures.Identify financial risks, irregularities, and process gaps and recommend appropriate corrective actions.Coordinate with relevant teams to support financial training and knowledge development.Maintain the confidentiality and security of financial information in accordance with government requirements.Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.4–6 years of relevant experience.Experience in financial analysis, revenue management, financial reporting, or government finance is preferred.Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA are an advantage.Key CompetenciesFinancial Analysis & ReportingRevenue Management & CollectionGovernment Financial Policies & RegulationsAnalytical Thinking & Problem SolvingStakeholder ManagementFinancial Controls & ComplianceCommunication & Advisory SkillsAttention to Detail and Accuracy
