High school graduate (grade 12 or equivalent).
Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).

No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the Etihad cabin crew uniform (one earring per lobe permitted for females; cosmetic or bandage coverings are not permitted).
No criminal records and ability to travel without restrictions.
Willingness to serve alcohol (including during Ramadan) and comply with the UAE and GCAA requirements.
Ability to swim with a flotation device.
