The Chief Financial Officer role requires 20+ years of progressive finance experience, with significant experience at CFO, Finance Director, Regional CFO, or equivalent level. Strong experience across financial management, FP&A, accounting, treasury, tax, governance, and risk management is essential. Proven experience leading or overseeing Finance Shared Services / GBS, preferably within a complex or multinational organisation, and a strong track record in finance transformation, process optimisation, automation, and ERP environments are also crucial. Experience working with senior leadership and Boards, with strong commercial, strategic, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills is required. Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred, and an MBA would be an advantage. Fluency in Arabic language is preferred.

Chief Financial OfficerUAE Based roleSalary - 60 - 70000 Dhms plus benefitsThe Chief Financial Officer will provide strategic and operational leadership across the organisation's finance function, ensuring strong financial performance, effective governance, robust risk management, and disciplined decision-making.
