With a competitive coverage of Trading Houses, Producers, Majors, Utilities, Merchants, Hedge Funds, Investment Banks and Brokerages; Redstone Commodity Search can confidently offer you an edge in today's volatile market.Redstone Commodity Search is delighted to collaborate with a dynamic and rapidly growing family-owned commodities trading group in their search for a Cement Trader to bolster their Dry Freight Product team in Dubai.Key Responsibilities / TasksPromotion and expansion of trading operations, with a primary focus on cement-related products, including clinker, cement, gypsum, slag, fly ash etc.Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with cement suppliers and customers across LATAM and/or Africa.Conduct thorough and continuous analysis of cement market trends, supply and demand dynamics, and pricing strategies specific to LATAM and/or Africa.Lead negotiations for cement procurement and sales. Work diligently to secure favourable terms and conditions while navigating regional complexities, regulations, and cultural nuances.Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with trading activities in these regions.Key Qualifications / ExperienceA minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cement / clinker /fly Ash / Gypsum or cementitious products trading.Proven track record of successful negotiations and relationship-building in the cement industry.Comprehensive knowledge of the regional market dynamics, regulatory environment, and trade practices in Latin America and/or Africa.Bring a valuable and transferable book of business that underscores a history of successful client relationships and revenue generation.Role to be based in Dubai
