Successful candidates will have strong Interior Design, Fit out and finishing inspection experience and major project exposure in 5* hotel, hospitality and mixed use high rise towers projects and have worked for a recognised consultancy company previously This role is available for immediate joining and is an initial 4 month contract position hired as an outsource, employed by J10 Consulting. Responsibilities: • You will be responsible for ensuring that interior design projects meet all quality safety and compliance standards throughout the construction and implementation phases. • Conduct thorough inspections of interior design projects to ensure compliance with design specifications building codes and safety regulations. • Review architectural and interior design plans to understand project scope and requirements. • Monitor site operations to ensure that interior construction and installation are carried out according to approved designs and standards. • Identify and document any discrepancies defects or noncompliance issues and provide actionable recommendations for corrective actions. • Collaborate with project managers designers and contractors to resolve any issues that arise during the construction process. • Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain comprehensive records of inspections and compliance issues. • Ensure adherence to quality control standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends building codes and regulations to ensure compliance and excellence in all projects Requirements: Interior Design Inspector requirements: • Bachelors degree in Interior Design Architecture Civil Engineering or a related field. • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in site operations and interior design inspection. • Proven experience with building codes safety regulations and quality control standards in the UAE. • Strong understanding of interior design principles materials and construction techniques. • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. • Ability to interpret design plans and technical documents accurately. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders. • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for inspection and reporting About the Company J10 Consulting are Construction Recruitment experts in the Middle East.
